Once your order is placed, you can expect it to be processed and dispatched within 5 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but we aim to deliver your order within 4-7 working days.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped, allowing you to track your package’s journey to your doorstep.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Tiny Trends. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns process:

• Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within three days of receipt. We will gladly assist with the return or exchange. However, please note that a shipping fee will apply to incorrect orders that need to be returned.

• Conditions for Returns: All returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these conditions.

• Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at tinytrends158@gmail.com within three days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and issue a refund or exchange once the returned item is received and inspected.

• Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
